KievRent bureau provides booking of farmstead and private houses around Ukraine.
Booking in
advance:
We provide booking in advance only.
>> BOOKING
Types of
booking:
We provide two
alternative methods of bookings, depending on the apartment chosen: On-line
Booking and Request Availability.
On-line
booking: available for that farmstead and private house which has "On-line booking" icon.
Request availability:
You can choose from our web-site any farmsteads and private houses you prefer for rent and
send availability request to our Booking department. Then you will receive
an e-mail within 12 hours as to the availability of the chosen farmstead\private house
(s). Once you have received written confirmation of farmstead availability,
you may start your booking by sending deposit using the link we sent you.
Rental deposit:
A Rental Deposit
must be paid when completing the booking.

to 30-40% of the Rental Fee.
Confirmation
of booking
Since the Rental
Deposit has been received, you will got written confirmation of your booking
by email from our Booking Department.
If during your
payment farmstead was booked by enother guest\agency, we will propose you
same variant or refund your deposit.
>> PAYMENT METHODS
Rental Deposit
payment:
You may choose to pay rental deposit
either by:
1. Credit Card (Visa
or MasterCard).
All credit card
transactions are executed through processing center of Joint-Stock Commercial
Bank "Nadra" via pay gate Portmone.com.ua
2. Western
Union.
3. Payment
to our Privatbank card (Ukraine).
4. Cashless
settlement (payment to our settlement account).
5. Payment
by cash in Russia and CIS (Moneygram, Privatmoney).
6. Cash payment
at our office.
Balance Payment.
The Balance of the Rental Fee must
be paid in cash at arrival.
>> ARRIVAL, LIVING
& DEPARTURE
Check in\
Chech out time
Check in time from 12-2pm (depends of farmstead), check out time till 12 noon
(12:00).
You
are required to inform us of your arrival details (flight/train number,
airline company, city of departure and landing time) no later than 2 days
prior to your arrival.
It may be possible
to arrange for early arrival and late check out by request. Please
state it in your reservation form.
Keys & transfer
service
You
will receive the keys of your room directly at farmstead at the day of your check-in.
On request, we can arrange your transport from airport, the railway station
or main bus station to and from your apartment, with pre-booked.
Problems during living.
In case there
are some unfavorable circumstances beyond our control taking place during
your stay at the farmstead or some internal problems, please make sure to discuss with farmstead owners or KievRent managers
possibility to solve them or cancel your accommodation with money refund for days you doesn`t live there.
No refunds
or claims are possible at a latter date.
Support during
your stay
When
you book farmstead, we will provide you with contact phone numbers of its owners and managers who will provide you during your living. >
Accidents
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting the reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise..
>> CANCELLATION & CHANGING DATES
If you wish
to cancel your booking you are required to notify us prior to your arrival.
In the case
of cancellation any time prior to arrival or change your arrival dates, your Rental Deposit will not
If you do need
a slight change in the dates of your arrival or departure, please contact
us immediately. In the case
of changing arrival date in 1-2 months prior your booking dates, we will do our best to help you resolve the problem, however,
no guarantees can be made. Changes are subject to the availability of the
farmstead booked and many other factors.
>> SECURITY DEPOSIT
You may be required
to pay a security deposit to cover costs related to any loss, theft or
damage to the farmstead, private house or its contents, caused by you or your guests or
visitors during the period of your stay ('Security Deposit'). You are required
pay the Security Deposit, sum depends of concrete house\farmstead (50 or more
$), in cash at arrival. The Security Deposit will only be refunded upon
departure once the inspection has been completed.
In the event
that any keys to the house are lost by you during your stay we are entitled to deduct a fee of 50$ from the refund
of your Security Deposit.
>> PETS
Residing at farmstead of pets is
forbidden. Prior special sanction is needed for booking if you
are going to live with pets. If you have not received the sanction for
residing pets, your order can be cancelled. In this case, the advance payment
does not refund.
>> IMPORTANT INFO
We co-operate with direct landlords
in all cities of Ukraine exept Kiev. As we provide reservation only, we
take booking prepayment. FULL Balance Payment
in cash is made UPON ARRIVAL directly to the landlord or manager.
Please take into consideration that
Reservation and Living Regulations can vary depending on the local landlord.
Please note your full payment could not be refunded in several cities in
case you leave prior to the designated date.
