KievRent bureau provides booking
& accommodation in own managed KievRent serviced apartments (Kiev)
as well as other self-catering private apartments around Ukraine. We provide
also associated services (airport\railway pick-up, interpreters, chauffeured
cars, self-drive car rentals, cell phone, netbook, dvd etc. rent).

If there is no window
between other two reservations so we can book for you concrete apartment
- we book just class of apartment. You will be accommodated on the same
class, price and location of choosen apartment but address of your apartment
we will know only at the your arrival date.
The Rental Fee
is inclusive of all utilities such as electricity, gas, water, heating,
phone with calls around city, sheets and towels, arrival & departure
Stays of 3-4+nights
by daily rate
The minimum period for which we can
book concrete apartment is 3-4 nights (own KievRent apartments) or 4 +
nights (other apartments).
The Rental Fee
is inclusive of all utilities such as electricity, gas, water, heating,
sheets and towels, phone with calls around city, cleaning service after
every 3 nights.
Stays of more
than 1 month by monthly rate
telephone, internet, cable & SAT channels are
to be paid separately in cash at the end of your stay. Housekeeping
- upon request. Monthly rate doesn`t includes KievRent Commission fee (50%
of monthly rate at once). We don`t take comission with KievRent own apartments
You can be accommodated without
prior booking too. On your arrival we meet you at the airport or railway
station and take you to the apartment, which is available and corresponds
to your criteria. If you like - you stay there, if not – you will be provided
with another one.
If you do not need our transfer we
wait for your call and your arrival in our office, where you will be able
to have a look at photos of our apartments which are not occupied, and
choose the one to stay in.
Discounts from regular price
are available on day-to-day check in.
This type of accommodation available
only in Kiev & Yalta. Accommodation in other cities of Ukraine
needs prior booking.
We provide two
alternative methods of bookings, depending on the apartment chosen: On-line
Booking and Request Availability.
booking: available for KievRent own managed apartments. You can see
apartment availability calendar on the personal information page of apartment.
If the apartment is available on your requested dates you are able to proceed
with your booking using the Booking Form provided online.
You can choose from our web-site any apartment(s) you prefer for rent and
send availability request to our Booking department. Then you will receive
an e-mail within 12 hours as to the availability of the chosen apartment
(s). Once you have received written confirmation of apartment availability,
you may start your booking by sending deposit using the link we sent you.
A Rental Deposit
must be paid when completing the booking.
to one night Rental Fee if you stay 1- 7 nights;
to two nights Rental Fee if you stay 7-13 nights;
to three nights Rental Fee if you stay 14-19 nights;
to 30% of the Rental Fee if you stay more than 20 nights. ***
*** For High
season\holidays bookings (New year, 1 May) more large Rental Deposit can
to 30-40% of the Rental Fee.
Since the Rental
Deposit has been received, you will got written confirmation of your booking
by email from our Booking Department.
If during your
payment apartment was booked by enother guest\agency, we will propose you
same variant or refund your deposit.

> ARRIVAL, LIVING
Chech out time
Apartments check in time from 2pm (14:00), check out time till 12 noon
are required to inform us of your arrival details (flight/train number,
airline company, city of departure and landing time) no later than 2 days
prior to your arrival.
Keys & transfer
It may be possible
to arrange for early arrival at your apartment upon request prior
to your arrival. Early check in is charged as the full daily apartment
cost. However, we will do our best to accommodate you in case of
earlier availability status.
out (before 6pm) is charged as half daily apartment cost, after 6pm
as a full daily apartment cost. Late check out is available in cases when
your apartment does not have later reservations on this day.
for Early check in or Late check out are completed in advance only. Please
state it in your apartment reservation form.
You need to contact KievRent staff
at least 24 hours before your departure to let us know the exact time you
are leaving the apartment. Someone will arrive to the apartment at that
time to check everything and obtain the keys back. If needed, you may also
order our airport transfer service.

On request, we can arrange your transport from airport, the railway station
or main bus station to and from your apartment, with pre-booked. Our driver
will deliver you at the apartment and obtain the remaining amount
Change of the
apartment during your stay.
If you arriving before check in time
you will be transferred to the our office where you will be able to put
luggage or wait till check in time. When apartment will be available our
managers give you apartment keys and arrange for taxi service from our
office to apartment (around $5).
If you do not plan on using our transfer
In Kiev: Check in by yourself
through our office. We are waiting for you from 9am till 9pm at our Kiev
office which located at the central street where you will be able to make
full balance payment and take your keys. All late arrivals (after 9pm)
realize by airport transfer.

manager will wait for your call, then come to apartment and meet you there.

be fixed before your arrival. In this case we provide you with similar
accommodation or even better apartment with or without prior notice.
In case there
are some unfavorable circumstances beyond our control taking place during
your stay at the apartment (broken elevator in the building*, construction
noise outside, no water during few hours etc) or some internal problems
with the apartment, please make sure to discuss with KievRent managers
possibility of the change of the apartment on following day. Depending
on availability, we will do our best to accommodate you in a similar apartment
that will not have problems you encountered.

* All dwelling
houses in Ukraine belong to the state and serviced not by the tenants,
but the special government services. That is why the owner of the apartment
is not responsible for the condition and repair of the elevator, electricity,
water supply etc. The owner is not allowed to repair anything in the house
by himself, he only could call the special service.
you book an apartment, we will provide you with contact phone numbers of
our KievRent office (Kiev) or your apartment managers (other cities) assigned
to the apartment you are booking. They will be in charge of your comfortable
stay in Kiev, and in case you have any problems or questions while in Kiev,
they will be able to help you 24/7.
If you wish
to cancel your booking you are required to notify us prior to your arrival.
In the case
of cancellation any time prior to arrival, your Rental Deposit will not

amount paid for the apartment is not refunded in case you decide to leave
the apartment prior to the date agreed during booking.
If you do need
a slight change in the dates of your arrival or departure, please contact
us immediately. We will do our best to help you resolve the problem, however,
no guarantees can be made. Changes are subject to the availability of the
apartment booked and many other factors.
> SECURITY DEPOSIT
You may be required
to pay a security deposit to cover costs related to any loss, theft or
damage to the apartment or its contents, caused by you or your guests or
visitors during the period of your stay ('Security Deposit'). You are required
pay the Security Deposit, sum depends of concrete apartment (50 or more
$), in cash at arrival. The Security Deposit will only be refunded upon
departure once the inspection of the apartment has been completed.
In the event
that any keys to the apartment are lost by you, your guests or visitors
during your stay we are entitled to deduct a fee of 50$ from the refund
of your Security Deposit. In the event of you being locked out because
of forgetting the keys inside the apartment we reserve the right to charge
you for open apartment.
> APARTMENT VIEW
Our site displays
full apartment database of daily accommodation options and provides their
full address, map and detailed photos for your review. Our policy
does not permit to show daily rent apartments in Kiev to friends or other
representatives. Mainly, daily rent accommodations stay occupied by our
clients throughout the year thus we do not allow other people to view them.

some reason you are not satisfied with the reserved apartment upon your
arrival, we will be happy to change it to any other available next day.
Residing at apartments of pets is
forbidden. Prior special sanction is needed for booking apartment if you
are going to live with pets. If you have not received the sanction for
residing pets, your order can be cancelled. In this case, the advance payment
does not refund.
> IMPORTANT INFO FOR OTHER
We co-operate with direct landlords
in all cities of Ukraine exept Kiev. As we provide reservation only, we
take booking prepayment for the first night of rent. FULL Balance Payment
in cash is made UPON ARRIVAL directly to the landlord or apartment manager.
Please take into consideration that
Reservation and Living Regulations can vary depending on the local landlord.
Please note your full payment could not be refunded in several cities in
case you leave the apartment prior to the designated date.
