1. Payment for 4 nights to guarantee the reservation of certain apartment.   
2. Fitting in between other two reservations by booking an available apartment. 
3. Calling us upon your arrival (to Kiev) to be accommodated at any available apartment at that moment. Thus, apartment price and location will be determined only on your arrival date.   

Reservation of apartments for all the cities of Ukraine exept Kiev is possible only BEFOREHAND. Day-to-day reservations are not available. 
  
Similar to hotel rooms, some private apartments in Kiev are in constant demand throughout the year. Please, make your reservation in advance (1-2 week prior to your arrival) or earlier if you arrive on holidays (March 8, May, New Year).  
  
T0 RESERVE AN APARTMENT 
Please browse our site and choose any apartment/s you would like. Click to add the chosen apartment/s to your List. Fill out your Personal and Arrival information form and choose your preferable Payment methods.    
Having checked apartment availability, our manager will send you the invoice for the requested services within 12 hours from the moment your form was submitted. If the services you requested are unavailable, you will be offered some alternative options.  
At this point you will be able to make your reservation prepayment depending on the Payment Methods you have chosen.   
When using credit card payment option, your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours from the moment of your on-line payment receipt. 
  
We need at least 2 days for making your reservation of all the cities of Ukraine exept Kiev.    
 
CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT   
Check in time - 2pm (14:00), Check out time - 12pm (12:00)    
According to our policy early check in is charged as the full daily apartment cost.  However, we will do our best to accommodate you in case of earlier availability status.  
In cases of early arrival and early check in necessity, please, consider booking for the previous to your arrival night. 
Late check out (before 6pm) is charged as half daily apartment cost, after 6pm as a full daily apartment cost. Late check out is available in cases when your apartment does not have later reservations on this day.    
Reservations for Early check in or Late check out are completed in advance only. Please state it in your apartment reservation form.   

 
PAYMENT

DEPOSIT 
Apartment is considered booked after the deposit is received: 

for Kiev booking:  
 - equivalent to one night stay if your reservation term is less than 7 nights;  
 - equivalent to two nights stay if your reservation term is more then 7 nights;  
 - equivalent to three nights stay if your reservation term is more then 14 nights;  
 - 30% of total payment if your reservation term is more then 20 nights. *** 

*** For booking on big tourists season like New year or 1 May, apartment landlords can ask about full prepayment.  

for other cities booking:  
 - deposit depends of apartment and your term, approximately around 30-40% of total sum.  

Your deposit will be deducted from the total sum of payment upon your arrival and final calculation.   
Deposits are nonrefundable, thus, make sure that you booked your flights before making your reservation. Dates of booking are not transferred.    
 
Deposits are not retained by KIEVRENT but passed to apartment owners of to initially ensure your reservation. Therefore, unfortunately they cannot be refunded  
(after receiving your booking deposit we have pay it to the apartment manager or landlord and take his signature about booking. After then we send you apartment booking confirmation with indication of your name, dates, ID number and address of apartment. Before this time apartment can be reserved by any other agency). 
If while you send prepayment apartment was reserved by other agency we propose you enother variant or refund your prepayment.  
  
CREDIT CARDS 
The following credit cards are acceptable: 
VISA International, EUROCARD / MASTERCARD. 
All credit card transactions are executed through processing center of Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Nadra" via pay gate  Portmone.com.ua  
 
MONEY DELIVERY SYSTEMS 
For making Reservation Deposit we offer the following types of payment:  

• Payment via Western Union 
• Payment by PayPal.  
• Payment by cash in Russia (Kontact, OSMP, Elexnet) 

 

• If you decide to cancel your reservation at any time, or change your dates, your deposit will not be refunded. 
• Also, the rent amount paid for the apartment is not refunded in case you decide to leave the apartment prior to the date agreed during booking.

Transfer to the apartmen by our company: 

 Our driver will pick you up at the airport\railway\bus station and transfer you directly to the reserved apartment in a timely and safe manner.  

If you arriving before check in time you will be transferred to the our office where you will be able to put luggage or wait till check in time. When apartment will be available our managers give you apartment keys and arrange for taxi service from our office to apartment (around $5).  

Kiev Boryspil airport pick up service by standard class car - $45.   

Kiev Railway pick up - $25.  

*Rates per car. These rates do not include taking your friends to the airport with our driver ( it available for extra $15).  
  
Airport transfer bookings available in advance with full prepayment.  

  
If you do not plan on using our PICK UP/TRANSFER services:  ;  

 - In Kiev:  

Check in by yourself through our office we are waiting for you from 9am till 9pm at our Kiev office which located at the central street where you will be able to make full balance payment and take your keys.  

Check in directly at apartment for extra payment of $15 our driver will come to apartment and accomodate you there. You should just call us at your arrival to the airport so we know time of your arrival to apartment.  

All late arrivals (after 9pm) realize directly at apartment for extra $15.    

- In other cities apartment manager will wait for your call, then come to apartment and meet you there.  
   
   

• All appartments we offer are real and properly registered. 
• All photos are original. 
• We fully guarantee your reservation, ,and provide you with your lodging upon receiving your deposit.  
• We prefer to work with our constant clients and value our reputation.Thus we do not practice offering one appartment and replacing it with any other, unless there are force major situation for that.   

PETS  
Residing at apartments of pets is forbidden. Prior special sanction is needed for booking apartment if you are going to live with pets. If you have not received the sanction for residing pets, your order can be cancelled. In this case, the advance payment does not refund.  
   
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ACCOMMODATION IN ALL CITIES OF UKRAINE EXEPT KIEV   
We co-operate with direct landlords in all cities of Ukraine exept Kiev. As we provide reservation only, we take booking prepayment for the first night of rent. FULL Balance Payment in cash is made UPON ARRIVAL directly to the landlord or apartment manager.   
Please take into consideration that Reservation and Living Regulations can vary depending on the local landlord. Please note your full payment could not be refunded in several cities in case you leave the apartment prior to the designated date.   
Please check all problems and question you have during your living directly with apartment manager by phone we provide you.  
  
DAILY RENT INCLUDES:   
Daily rent rate does not depend on number of guests. Listed rates are given per night. Rent includes all accessories, linen, towels, utilities, telephone (inside Kiev calls) as well as weekly house keeping.  
More frequent house keeping, laundry, cooking and other services are available upon request for extra charge.  
Rent does not include long distance (international) calls and internet.
